Through a partnership with The Lactation Network, we are able to accept several PPO plans with the above insurance companies. Click the button below to verify if your visit will be 100% covered by insurance. 

Through a partnership with Wildflower Health, we are able to accept Cigna insurance plans. Click the button below to verify if your visit will be 100% covered by insurance.

If you are self-pay, you will be provided with a superbill, which is an itemized form, that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Superbills for lactation support are not guaranteed to be paid or paid in full by insurance. Lactation consultations are eligible expenses if you have Health Savings Account or Flexible Savings Account (HSA/FSA). Payment must be paid in full at the time of the visit. Cash, Card, and Check are accepted. Prices listed for each service in appointment scheduling.
